For nearly three decades Community Interface Services (CIS) has provided training, support, and advocacy for people with developmental disabilities. We are committed to providing high quality, community-based services to help meet the unique needs of every person we serve.

We offer services that range from help learning essential life skills to job training and work placement, home ownership, respite, self-determination and more.

Supported Employment and Community Integration Traning services to help people with developmental disabilities develop work skills and secure volunteer and / or paid employment.

Community Living services to help people with developmental disabilities experience lifestyles and living situations similar to those experienced by people without disabilities.

Homeownership and rental assistance services to increase access to affordable housing for people with developmental disabilities in San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Social Support Facilitation services to provide assessment, research and referral to promote and encourage social and recreational opportunities.

In-home Respite services to provide support and relief for caregivers who are caring for a family member with a developmental disability.

Self Determination services to ensure our consumers have the power to make their own decisions. To promote financial independence, Community Interface offers two fiscal management services: Fiscal Employer Agent and Bill Payer Service.
