Community Interface Supported Employment Services offers job support and training to over 100 individuals with developmental disabilities working in San Diego County.

Community Interface provides you with a qualified applicant pool and can assist your new employee once you make a hiring decision by providing a coach to help him or her master their job, at no cost to you! As your new employee becomes more proficient, the job coaching begins to fade; however, our staff continues to be available to answer your questions, assist in retraining, intervene in case of difficulties, provide disability/ADA related resources, and much, much more!

Employers in need of more than one good worker may be interested in Community Interface Services group placements. Group placements consist of three to eight employees who can be hired by you or subcontracted through Community Interface. A job coach provides 100% support for the group on an ongoing basis, again at no charge to the employer! Our current group placements at Wal-Marts and on Camp Pendleton, are wonderfully successful for everyone involved.
