Our program offers job support and training to over 100 individuals with developmental disabilities working in San Diego County.
Community Interface Services provides you with a qualified applicant pool and can assist your new employee once you make a hiring decision by providing a job coach to help them master the job, at no cost to you!
As your new employee becomes more proficient, the job coaching begins to fade; however, our staff continues to be available to answer your questions, assist in retraining, intervene in case of difficulties, provide disability/ADA related resources, and much, much more!
*In limited paid internship scenarios wage reimbursement up to 1040 hours may be available in lieu of a tax credit.
