Our Services

Empowering individuals by supporting their unique needs

Community Interface Services has come a long way since it began with just one program in 1983. Now we offer more than 23 programs across the county—and some in other parts of the state. For over 40 years, we’ve supported people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through training, advocacy, and services that focus on each person’s unique needs. Our programs help with learning daily life skills, finding and keeping a job, managing money, making your own choices, and more.

COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES

Community Living Services helps people with developmental disabilities live the life they want in their own communities. Support staff work with each person to build the skills they need to live as independently as possible and make their own choices about how they want to live. This program is personalized for each person and can include just a few hours of help each month or up to 24-hour support. We support people at every stage—whether they’re still living with family, getting ready to move out, or already living on their own.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Community Interface Services offers different types of job support to help you find a job or internship in your community. We’ll help you find work that matches your skills and interests, teach you how to do well in interviews, and help you create a resume that shows off what you’re good at. We can also explain how working might affect your benefits. Our goal is to help you stay safe, confident, and successful at work.
