Community Interface Services’ (CIS) Supported Employment Services may be right for you! Join the growing number of employers who have discovered the benefits of hiring from the untapped workforce of adults with developmental disabilities.
Our program offers job support and training to over 100 individuals with developmental disabilities working in San Diego County.

Community Interface Services provides you with a qualified applicant pool and can assist your new employee once you make a hiring decision by providing a job coach to help them master the job, at no cost to you!
As your new employee becomes more proficient, the job coaching begins to fade; however, our staff continues to be available to answer your questions, assist in retraining, intervene in case of difficulties, provide disability/ADA related resources, and much, much more!
*In limited paid internship scenarios wage reimbursement up to 1040 hours may be available in lieu of a tax credit.
