Every year, we take a close look at how our programs are doing to make sure they’re meeting their goals. We use a clear framework—called the Program Design—to guide this review. It helps us understand what each program is meant to achieve and how well it’s working.
We collect and analyze data, then put together a report that gives a snapshot of the program’s impact. This report is shared with the San Diego Regional Center, kept on file by the vendor, and passed along to others who need to know—like families, community partners, or other stakeholders.
