This individualized service is based in the community and offers flexible and individualized support with job training and coaching, volunteering, and discovering and participating in community activities of interest. This service is for those individuals whose needs cannot be met with TDS.

In CCE you will get support in a small group setting out in the community, where you can learn job skills and join in a variety of activities. It is designed to help you build relationships, explore new opportunities, and be more part of your community.
