Work Incentives & Benefits

Counseling

Get help to understand how a job might affect your benefits. You can get one-on-one support for a limited time to learn how working could change your public benefits and what programs might help you keep them while you work.

Supported Employment

Help finding a job, getting hired, and learning the skills you need to succeed at a paid job. The goal is to help you find work you enjoy, that fits your strengths, and to support you in becoming more independent and confident on the job.

Tailored Day Service

Also called “Day Your Way” is a day program designed just for you, based on your interests and needs. Day Your Way gives you one-on-one support out in the community to help you build job skills, go to college, use local resources, and more.

Paid Internship Program

Helps you get work experience while earning money. You can try out different jobs, build your skills, and see what kind of work you enjoy. This program also helps you get ready for a long-term job in the community.
